5 March – 5 April 2020; Project: “Do we look like the EU?” – Film documentation for monitoring and protection of human rights in North Macedonia” Main task: Defining the human rights priority issues in the country.
14 February 2020 – 14 October 2021; Project: “Legalization of Roma houses and socio-economic census of Roma settlement – Block 18 of Municipality of Vinica General Urban Plan”. Main tasks: Updated the last Roma census dated 2002 of block 18 and socio-economic profile of Roma settlement of block 18, completed the procedure of legal registration of 177 houses pending cases, submitted the request of legalization for the remaining 68 illegal houses.
January 2019 – March 2020; Project: “Equal Access for Effective Justice”. European Development Agency provided the following consulting services: preparation of guide for free legal aid prepared, prepared Comparative analysis document on existing legal and aid schemes in EU and non-EU countries and best practice, realized 5 cases, assessment of the access to justice of the citizens related to environmental issues, selection of contractors, agreement of the choice with МА and drafting and signing the contracts.

March – April 2019; Project: Gender Equality in Rural Development. Development of methodology for training of trainers for gender equality and mainstreaming in rural development and 3 focus groups with rural woman, including including recommendations for future actions of the partner organisations, within the regional project supported by WE EFFECT Stokholm, Sweden, Regional Office Skopje, Macedonia.

March 2018 – November 2018; National Council for Gender Equality (NCGE) – Macedonia. Project title: “Gender Mainstreaming in rural and agricultural development “. Main tasks: Preparation of the questionnaires for farmers and for representatives of the local and national support institutions. preparing interview questionnaires for farmers and for representatives of the local and national support institutions. (survey carried in in 5 municipalities: Kumanovo, Gostivar, Strumica, Prilep, Struga in 30 rural surrounding area. Sample: 600 respondents); Analysis of the perspectives of the women in rural areas, usage of financial support and causes for low percentage of applications of IPARD funds especially applications from women and youth. Focus groups meetings. Defining the questions for the focus groups organized by partners (5 focus groups); Preparation of monitoring matrix for the activities undertaken in the process of announcement and submission of application in order to measure the impact of implemented trainings and information sessions for IPARD. Preparation of proposals for introduction of new measures in the programmes for rural development and agricultural policies that will encourage women and youth to apply for the programmes and funds. This activity includes Analysis of current situation in the part of usage of IPARD funds (number of submitted applications, reasons for rejected applications, applications that are interrupted in the process of implementation etc.). Analysis of capacities of the National Extension Agency and Payment Agency especially in the part of funds of the institutions, number of employees and their expertise etc.

June 2016 – November 2016; Project “Civil society in action for equality!” under IPA National Programme for Transition Assistance and Institutional building 2011. Grant scheme “Further development and Financial Sustainability of the Civil Society” EuropeAid/136-625/ID/ACT/M implemented by ADI Gostivar, INSOC, DROM. Engagement: Revision (of existing) and preparation of Local Equality Plans while building civil society equality network. Monitoring of the situation on local level: review of the Strategic documents in eight (8) multi-ethnic municipalities; assessment of the level of inclusion of the groups affected by discrimination and existence of specific local action plans (such as Local strategies and Action Plans for Roma, youth, disability, gender etc).
July 2016 – February 2017; Project “Local Partnerships for Social Inclusion” Contract number 12-9141/1 funded under IPA and managed by Central Financing and Contracting Department in Ministry of Finance implemented by ADI Gostivar. Engagement: Development of a manual for preparation of local Social inclusion Plans; Assessment of the local needs, mapping the priorities for action; and Preparation of Local Social Inclusion Plans in 5 municipalities in Macedonia.
August – October 2016; Project “Roma CSO Network – Roma Community’s Response” (Contract no. IPA / 2015/371474) implemented by Association on Roma rights, INSOC, Mesecina. Engagement: Development of a training curricula; Two-days training on lobbing and advocacy; Two-days training on networking and cooperation.
April –June 2016; Project “SE Europe Transnational CSO Coalition for Women and Child Protection Against Human Trafficking and Gender-based Violence – STOP”, Ref: 2015/370-114 implemented by Roma Centre for Democracy from Serbia in cooperation with the First Children Embassy in the World – Megashi from Macedonia, Center for Peace and Tolerance from Kosovo, Partnerë për Fëmijët from Albania and Vive Zene from Bosnia and Hercegovina and supported by the European Union. Engagement: Team Leader for preparation of the report” Assessment of the Legislation regarding Gender – Based Violence and Human Trafficking and smuggling in Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Kosovo” – focused on Balkan migrants’ route.

Grant scheme “Further development and Financial Sustainability of the Civil Society” EuropeAid/136-625/ID/ACT/MK implemented by Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI): Conducting Need assessment of local capacities to fight against discrimination in eight (8 )municipalities in Macedonia (data collection trough questionnaires, desk research, focus groups); Targeted capacity-building activities in the field of non-discrimination (preparation of materials and realization of three two days trainings for non-discrimination and equality); Training on advocacy and lobbying for the local civil society organizations.
November 2015 – February 2016; Project: “Prevention of Modern forms of Trafficking in Human Beings” supported under CIVICA Mobilitas implemented by Roma NGO DROM. Engagement: Preparation of the questionnaire and research report on the perceptions and understanding of the high school students and vulnerable groups on the modern forms of trafficking in two municipalities in Macedonia.

Engagement: Implementation of the component 3: mainstreaming the concept of equality and non-discrimination, through improvement of the legislative framework as well as towards establishing communication mechanisms between various stakeholders, in the fight against discrimination; Preparation of Methodology for Review of existing strategic documents in 10 Municipalities in Macedonia from the aspect of non-discrimination and transparency in the process of preparation of local policies with emphasis of the marginalized and vulnerable groups, according to the existence of specific strategic documents, such as Local Action Plans for Gender equality, Disability Action Plans, Action Plan for Roma, Action Plans for poverty reduction etc.; Preparation of initial Analysis of the documents; Holding workshops in 10 municipalities for recommendations for improvement to be delivered to the Municipalities’ Councils.
